The person or organisation taking responsibility for the product together with a physical address must appear.

For my customers this usually the beekeeper.  But there is nothing stopping anyone selling honey from another supplier or even country provided the other regulations about origin are complied with.  A full address need not be given but it must be possible to locate the premises. Name, house number or house name and postcode alone would suffice but your customers may prefer a little more detail if you are offering the honey as a local product.
